Every project starts with a collaborative conversation, so we can fully understand how you want to use your truck, what your truck deck needs to carry, and the rigors your truck deck will be performing through. From there, we custom design a deck to suit your needs, and after you review and approve the plans, we build a truck deck to your specifications that is structurally sound, and built to last. With every truck deck, we can incorporate features like integrated tie-down points, custom headache racks, tool storage, and lighting. Every truck deck has a powder-coated finish for maximum durability and performance.

With our partner Off-Grid Customs we have expanded our offerings to include rigid steel camper subframes, designed specifically for composite campers and serious off-road travel. These camper subframes are securely attached to your truck’s chassis using a spring and bushing connection, each individual spring and bushing connection is custom machined on our Haas CNC Mill to ensure a perfect fit and optimal performance. This design allows your truck’s frame to flex naturally while the camper subframe remains rigid and securely connected to your custom camper. Our engineered spring and bushing design ensures your camper stays secure and crack-free, while navigating the harshest of terrain, or simply rolling down the highway.
Each camper subframe is fabricated in-house at Sea to Sky Welding, then sent for hot-dip galvanizing to protect against corrosion and extend the life of your build.
